At Grampa's, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused state, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fitpics.pics. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization. Once your return request is approved, we will provide shipping instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Fee

If the product arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, or does not work, Grampa's will cover the return or exchange shipping fee. For returns or exchanges for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
